Papaya Plant

The number of papaya plants required in a one-acre farm is 43560 square feet. If you want to do a plantation on a 1-acre farm, we recommend doing a 5×7 plantation, which means the distance between plants is 5×5. Plantation feet and line-to-line distance of a plantation at 7×7 feet, you will need 1250 plants in one acre, and if you keep this distance at 5×10, you will need 900 plants, i.e., plant-to-plant distance of 5×5 feet and line-to-line distance of 5×5 feet. Maintain a line distance of 10×10 feet; the distance must be chosen from the perspective of the area. If you want to do plantation farming in an acre of field, you should do it on 5×7 feet, and if you want to do large-scale farming on 5 acres or more, you should do it on 5×10 feet

Papaya Plant

The main reasons are that if you plant on 5×7 feet, you will be able to run a small tractor for weeding, making it easier to remove weeds from the field, and it will be very easy to apply medicines and fertilisers, and labour costs will be minimal. When it comes to papaya cultivation, one thing to keep in mind is that when papaya plants are transplanted in the early stages, they have motility, which means that the plants rot and die within 10 to 15 days. Assume that 15-20% motility occurs; the most common cause of motility is water imbalance; if water imbalance occurs, the plant roots and dies, for which you can add at least 20% extra plants to your order. Walk in such a way that the field does not remain empty after motility occurs, and replace the plants as soon as motility occurs.
